  • Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our phone cases. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile device's display of any color will be completely accurate.

  • Device Selection: It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure they select the correct device model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 14, etc.) at checkout. Ammonite Cases is not liable for incorrect models selected by the buyer.

  • Modifications to Service and Prices: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

3. Billing and Account Information

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • All items purchased from Ammonite Cases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
